We are not a marketplace, and we don't post unverified listings. Every opening on this page is sourced from an employer that has agreed to remote arrangements and standard employment terms under Singapore law.
Our role is straightforward — we screen candidates against published requirements, make introductions where there's a fit, and step back so the employer and applicant can negotiate directly. Compensation, contracts, and hiring decisions sit with the employer.

All listed positions are remote-eligible for candidates based in Singapore. Some roles may require occasional in-person meetings or onboarding, which the employer will outline during the interview stage.
The ranges shown reflect what each employer has indicated for new hires, in Singapore Dollars (SGD), gross of CPF and taxes. They are guidance, not guarantees — the final offer depends on your experience and is set by the employer. We update the ranges quarterly.
IcoriSoil places candidates with third-party employers. The specific employer for each role is disclosed before any interview is arranged. Your employment contract, if offered, will be directly with that employer — not with IcoriSoil.
We typically respond within two business days. If your profile fits a current opening, we'll outline next steps. If there isn't an immediate match, we'll keep your details on file for up to twelve months unless you request removal.
