IcoriSoil Pte. Ltd. ("IcoriSoil", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or submit an application, how we use it, and the choices you have. We operate in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

When you submit an application through this site, we collect:
- Your name and contact details (email address, telephone number)
- Professional background you provide (work experience, skills, availability)
- Any additional information you choose to share in free-text fields
We do not request national identification numbers, passport details, bank account numbers, or payment information at the application stage. If a role requires such information at a later stage, it will be collected directly by the prospective employer under their own privacy notice.
When you browse the website, we automatically receive limited technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) through standard analytics and advertising cookies. This is used to understand site usage and the performance of our advertising.
2. How we use your information
- To assess whether your profile matches a current opening
- To contact you about the application and arrange next steps
- To introduce you to a prospective employer, with your consent, where there is a match

3. Who we share information with
We share your application details only with the prospective employer associated with a role, and only after we have identified a potential match. We will tell you the employer's identity before we make any introduction.
We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, email service providers, form processing, analytics, and advertising platforms such as Google). These providers are bound to use the information only to deliver their service to us.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and advertising

5. How long we keep your information
We retain application records for up to twelve (12) months from the date of your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier removal or unless a longer retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent to our processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@icorisoil.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process information outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
9. Children
This site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
